of the on-screen registration questionnaire, your registration information will
be sent electronically to the administrator for the site, who will review your registration
information and approve or deny you as a registered user for the site. Upon
the successful completion of the registration process, you will be authorized to
have full access to the site’s features for employers, recruiters, advertisers,
or job seekers as applicable.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS JobJobHealth.com FROM
ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY JobJobHealth.com DURING OR AS A RESULT
OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS
BY EITHER JobJobHealth.comOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
13. Job Listings
The jobs that are listed in search
results have been created and posted by third party sources not directly associated
with JobJobHealth.com and are not screened by JobJobHealth.com. JobJobHealth.com
is not responsible for the content of any job posting or any website that is included
in search results.
14. Payments
-
After creating an Advertisement or Sponsored Job Campaign, payment of the minimum
monthly budget allocated for the Advertisement or Job Campaign is made using an
authorized credit card. After the Advertiser’s account is credited for the amount
authorized, deductions are made from the account based on the number of clicks measured
by JobJobHealth.com for the Advertisement or Sponsored Job Campaign.

The Advertiser can pause and edit an Advertisement at any time. An advertisement
can only be deleted once the funds allocated for that Advertisement have been used
-i.e. Funds available equal $0.

The Advertiser can pause a Job Campaign and edit daily and/or monthly budget amounts
at any time. Jobs included in an active Job Campaign are not available to be used
in an additional job campaign until the funds allocated for that campaign have been
used-i.e. Funds available equal $0.

If there are no funds available for an active Job Campaign, the jobs that have been
included in the job campaign will then be available to be included in a new Sponsored
Job Campaign.

Funds may be added for any Advertisement or Sponsored Job Campaign by using the
available “Add Funds” function at any time.

No refunds will be provided to the Advertiser once payment has
been made for services. These services include Advertisements, Sponsored Job Campaigns,
My Portal, Featured Employer and Post a Job.

By providing credit card information, the Advertiser agrees that this information
may be shared with a payment processor in order to complete payment and to service
the Advertiser’s account. JobJobHealth.com may also provide information in order
to respond to a valid legal action and shall not be liable for disclosure to third
parties for such action.
15. Forums
JobJobhealth.com encourages the exchange of information and opinions by its users
but does not endorse and is not responsible for any content posted to the Forum
by a third party. Information posted to the site may be done anonymously but should
not be deceptive, threatening, libelous, profane or sexual in nature. Users may
not post confidential or proprietary information. Users are prohibited from posting
advertisements, spam or job opportunities to the Forum. JobJobheath.com will monitor
post content to the Forum but is not obligated to do so. If you feel any post violates
the Terms of Use of the Forum, please use the “Report Abuse” feature or contact

site. In the event an Employer, Job Seeker, Advertiser or Recruiter fails
to abide by such rules, the site reserves the right to terminate such Employer’s,
Recruiter’s, Advertiser’s or Job Seeker’s use of the site and suspend such user’s
account on the site.
Users will not:
1. Use the site for any purpose other than to conduct searches for employment opportunities,
engage in advertising services as an Employer or Recruiter or advertise User’s Company
services.
2. Make any changes to any information posted to the site by any user with out the
express authorization of the other user.
3. Use any robot, spider or other program or device to retrieve or index any portion
of the site without prior authorization of JobJobHealth.com
18. Miscellaneous.
These Terms of Use will be
governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, United States
of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically
consent to personal jurisdiction in the State of Florida in connection with any
dispute between you and JobJobHealth.com arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining
to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree
that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these
Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in
the state and federal courts in Gainesville Florida.If any part of these Terms of
Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will
not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms
of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject
matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions
